This 1907 apartment has been thoughtfully remodeled keeping all of the vintage details while adding modern touches that make life easier.

The KITCHEN is brand new with a full-size gas range, a dishwasher and a "vintage" fridge that help make the new and old meld perfectly.
The BATHROOM is all-new with a giant solid surface (marble quartz) walk-in shower, a makeup area with LED medicine cabinet, a comfy robe to slip on after a nice shower and a charming pedestal sink.
The LAUNDRY ROOM features new full-size washer and dryer and a giant storage closet.
The LIVING ROOM is light, bright and airy with 2 walls of almost solid windows. The new grey velvet couch is comfortable by day and pulls out to a queen-size bed if needed for that 2nd or 3rd guest. The original fireplace is now decorative but features a flat-screen smart TV and includes cable.
THE DINING table seats 4.
There is also a DESK if you need a separate space to work.
The BEDROOM is small but features a new very comfy queen bed with high-end linens, a wall of windows and another 100" of closets and a small dresser. Blackout curtains are available if needed.

There is a long narrow deck the length of the apartment.

Golden Hill is one of San Diego's oldest neighborhoods and is very walkable. There is a bus line a block away, a grocery store another block, a vet up the street, taco shops, pizza, a gorgeous flower stand and restaurants & bars galore along with many coffee options and even gourmet ice-cream right up the street.

30 to 60 days = 28%
60 to 90 days = 30%
