The private cottage is small but comfortable, perfect for one or two guests and is stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. There is a communal laundry & gas grill available for you to use.

My North Park Cottage is in the middle of a thriving neighborhood with a vibrant food and beer scene. Take a stroll down the famous "30th st Beer Alley" or enjoy Thursday's Farmer's Market. Centrally located, you'll be a quick drive to many San Diego attractions.

A hidden gem located behind a 2 story building at the back of the property! All the benefits of being in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood but without the commotion. It is a small space but perfect for 1 or 2 people (maximum) to live for a month or 6 very comfortably. The queen bed is comfortable and super quiet for sleeping any time of the day or night. The living room has seating for 4 as does the dining table/desk. The kitchen is fully-equipped and ready to prepare a gourmet meal after shopping at the Thursday Farmers Market 2 blocks away. Coin-op washer and dryer are located in the shared courtyard area for residents' use. There is a gas grill and outdoor seating for use during your stay.

Check in is easy and all details will be emailed to you days in advance. We offer electronic entry locks for your convenience and safety! There is an on-site manager and maintenance crew available 24 hours a day for any issues you may have.

Pets welcome with a $250/per pet refundable deposit paid through the airbnb system. It will be refunded after move-out less any additional cleaning that was necessary above the cleaning fee paid.

North Park is a vibrant neighborhood with award-winning restaurants and bars, cool local art and vintage clothing stores and 30th St is the hub of the burgeoning San Diego restaurant and craft beer scene! Only minutes from Hillcrest, South Park, Normal Heights, Balboa Park, SD Zoo and Downtown. Walk to restaurants, galleries, boutiques, grocery stores, a farmers market, brew pubs, bars, banks, and more!

Located near bus lines and freeways but is very walkable! Lyft and Uber are a great way to get around but you won't need to leave the neighborhood for much. There are bikes and scooters available throughout the neighborhood.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We do offer additional discounts for longer stays. Discounts are are as follows: Stays from 13 days up to a calendar month are discounted 3% 30 to 60 days = 28% 60 to 90 days = 30% 90 to 120 days = 31% 120 to 150 days = 32% 150 to 180 days = 33% 180 to 270 days = 35% 270 to 364 days = 38% 364 days and up = 41%
