Light, Bright Airy Flat w/ 13 Windows

Gorgeous 980 sq/ft 1 bedroom 1 bathroom flat built-in 1914 has 13 windows which provide an abundance of light and air. It is completely and comfortably furnished and outfitted with new everything; from the flat screen TV to Bluetooth speaker, premium linens to gourmet cookware. There are original built-ins in the living room, dining room and kitchen plus beautiful original wood floors that have all been recently refinished!

The large bedroom includes a queen-size bed while another double bed is conveniently tucked away in the living room in the form of a pull-down Murphy bed. The 2 separate sleeping areas make it comfortable for 2 couples or a family. There is a "bar area" that also functions as a dresser for the murphy-bed and a giant walk-in closet for suitcases and for all the things you buy during your stay.

The kitchen is large with a cool vintage gas stove, new ceramic tile floors and new cabinets that match the original to make storage more convenient. It is well stocked with all you will need to make your own meals including a variety of herbs, spices and oils.

The clawfoot tub/shower is a perfect place to soak and recharge after a day of biking, shopping or surfing. The bathroom has an en-suite bedroom entrance and a 2nd door from the sunroom/office. At the back of the flat is an office/sunroom space with a view of the courtyard.

The common courtyard has a gas BBQ and seating for our long and short-term residents. The coin-op washer/dryer are conveniently located in the courtyard. The building has been recently repainted and is as beautiful as the day it was built!
