The little blue apartment is located in a quiet alley so is perfect for students, travel nurses or anyone else that appreciates tranquility while right in the middle of a vibrant urban neighborhood.

Furniture, mattress, bedding, kitchen supplies, refrigerator, etc are all new. There is a quiet patio that is fully fenced, perfect for BBQing, relaxing or for your dog to lounge around on.

We provide all utilities, Cable & TV and super fast 1000 mbps WiFi!
FREE Washer/dryer are on the property and just steps away.

The apartment and patio are all yours!

The place is all yours but we are always available for any questions or issues you might have. The SD URBAN VACATION RENTALS/SD URBAN RENTALS team is available 24/7 for any issues!

Golden Hill is one of San Diego's oldest neighborhoods. The architecture is amazing and there are loads of fun restaurants, brewpubs, vintage stores, cafes and local grocery/produce stores close by with new businesses opening monthly! Balboa Park is a short walk as is the golf course.

There is a major bus line 1 block from the apartment with South Park only 8 blocks, North Park a mile(ish), Downtown 7 blocks and Balboa Park less than a mile. LYFT and uber are always available and a cheap and easy alternative to driving. There are dockless bikes and scooters available in Golden Hill and throughout Central San Diego.

The apartment entrance and parking are in an alley which isn't scary - it's just the back of people's homes!

It is located in the flight path so you can hear some airplane noise.

We have a Ring brand camera and motion detector light installed outside of the apartment.

We do not accept reservations of less than 1 month more than 30 days in advance.

We accept pets with a $250 fully refundable deposit less any additional cleaning or damage.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We do offer additional discounts for longer stays. Discounts are are as follows: Stays from 13 days up to a calendar month are discounted 3% 30 to 60 days = 28% 60 to 90 days = 30% 90 to 120 days = 31% 120 to 150 days = 32% 150 to 180 days = 33% 180 to 270 days = 35% 270 to 364 days = 38% 364 days and up = 41%
