Our History

Ben and Kathy Davidson met while attending the University of Washington. They married and had their first daughter, Janella (the adorable baby in the photo), in 1961. Ben played in the NFL and used his Green Bay Championship winning check to purchase a rental home in Seattle, where his wife is from. Two more daughters and many years later, the business that Ben and Kathy built all those years ago has grown and thrived. It has always, and continues to be a family run business.

Many of our staff have worked with us for over 20 years. They are all committed to providing the best experience for both long and short term stays. They are the maintenance and cleaning dream team!
